the earth breathes.

Earth breathes
from the cracks of the crater
the muddy caldera after a rain shower
with surprising abysses of no final point.

Earth breathes
from the river that pours into a fall
of a forest hidden within like a primitive soul
with constant rhapsodies flurrying by, the sound of life.
Earth breathes
from the blue sulphuric acid
that beautiful teal that smells deadly
but remind you of how nature is all-encompassing.

Earth breathes
and I try, to breathe with her.
I try to inhale, the air she crafted
the ingenious blue planet that stands lonesome in the galaxy.
Earth breathes
and I want, to continue breathing with her.
